Yamaha YPT-200 - no sound?

well i havent used my yamaha YPT-200 keyboard in a couple of months and when i just went to play it, it turns on being plugged in but no sound comes out of it. ive tried it on speakers because i thought the speakers could of blown but nothing came out of the speakers either.

How to change style on Yamaha ytp-200?

I have a Yamaha ytp-200 keyboard, and I want to change and install an Arabic style, so I can be able to compose Arabic music. I have bought an MIDI-USB cable, but I still cant figure out how to install and sync a new style,Arabic, to my keyboard.

how do i record a self played song on a ypt 200 ?

YPT-200 Faulty Key

My keyboard works perfectly except for one small problem; C# on the left hand side of the keyboard is faulty, it's not as though it doesn't work because it does every now and then but its really inconsistent one minute it will be working another minute it won't.
I bought this of amazon uk a couple of months ago, i no longer have the receite for it or the box but i still have the amazon account to prove when i bought it. Is there anything i can do to fix it or would i be able to swap it or is there any advice you could give me on how to solve this problem if there is please tell me.

P.S: it broke by itself i didn't break it on purpose or by accident. The model of this keyboard is YPT-200.
