Yamaha psr2100 midi connection

I have yamaha psr2100, edirol EX1 midi interface, compaq C700 laptop with Neuendo + frutyloop software.

How do I establish connection between them, play korg legacy through psr2100 and save my creation.

Answer

Firslty install all the other Plugins.. as in all other
softwares before finally Getting on to Installing Nuendo.

Also make sure that all other midi connections are correctly arranged..

hello,

I have a Yamaha 2100,a USB cable, a USB midi cable and a CMedia sound card installed in my desktop computer.

Also I have Reason and Nuendo installed, how can I connect my computer to the keyboard so that I can sequence with Reason and Nuendo.

Also my system canopt read my floppy disk, I need link on how to download the USB driver for the PSR 2100.

hi

i have a mac and am trying to use the psr 2100 as a midi keyboard via usb....

however when i try to install the usb driver from the disc i got with the keyboard, i get the message,,,

"cannot open file as the classic environment is no longer supported..."?

any ideas what this means? do i need an updated driver - the keyboard is quite old now...

Hi, It's very simple..
Connect a USB cable between PSR-2100 to your laptop, install the USB driver.. after the installation completes.. Openup your FL studio, go to Midi setting and choose yamaha USB MIDI.. And That it... It will automaticall sync with FL studio. Then you can call KORG legacy VSTi and play on your PSR-2100. record play and ENJOY>>>>!
