Yamaha PSR E443 opening problem

Hi Good day! I have my Yamaha psr E443 keyboard for a year. The problem is when I turn on the power button the "" is shown on the screen and it remains on that state. This is the first time that I encountered this issue.Can you please advise what I'm going to do. Thanks!

Hi this problem caused by power source so it affects the mother baord.change the mother baord.

My keyboard PSR E443 is not booting well. it shows the Yamaha sign on the screen but does not go beyond that. it does not sound and does not off too
