Yamaha PSR 9000 Version 2

I have inherited a Yamaha PSR 9000 Version 2 but have no knowledge of this type of Keyboard. I learnt to play on a two keyboard Yamaha Organ. The floppy disks and the Manual are missing and I am not sure what the floppy disks are used for. I have printed out a manual online and it would appear that they are needed to back up data. Is this going to be a problem and can I buy them anywhere. I haven't read through the manual properly yet as there is a lot I don't understand, I am 84 years old, and just want to get a tune out of it. Many thanks for any advice.
