Yamaha PSR 85 No Power Button

Lent my PSR-85 to a friend whose Grandchild banged on keyboard and broke the on/off button. Now there is no way to power on/off.

Is there a way that I can take the keyboard apart and somehow bypass the circuitry to connect the 120 to 12 v power adapter with a switch so I can control power on/off that way?
