Yamaha PSR 300 display unit

I am from Sri Lanka and using a Yamaha PSR 3000. The display unit is malfunctioning and is in need pf replacement. Pls let me know from where I could purchase this part on line.

The Colour LCD display is an inherent and major weakness on the Yamaha PSR 3000 keyboard.

I know of at least 4 other owners with the same problem.I do not know of any other keyboard with such a reputation !!!!

The LCD fails prematurely with partial or full obliteration of display. Mine failed after the first switch on of keyboard after purchasing the unit from Siam Paragon,Bangkok.

What is Yamaha doing to improve the reliability on the subject LCD? What is the part number for a replacement?

you can get display unit form yamaha music centre.or i can get you one from malaysia.
how did you realized the problem with display?
