Yamaha DGX-650 Metronome Not Working

The metronome button on my DGX-650 no longer works. Other buttons seem to work just fine. Can set the temp/tap but can't start the metronome nor can I successfully hold down the metronome button to set the time signature. Looking for ideas on how to resolve. Thanks.
