Yamaha DGX 640 adjacent key stops working while holding the one next to it.

When I hold one key down the next one stops functioning and vice versa.This happens with all the C sharp and D sharp notes and with G and A notes. I have tried the factory reset and drying out the keys with a hair dryer.
