Yamaha DGX 500 note order for groups 21, 22, 23, 24

I cleaned my DGX 500 today and had some issue to reassembly the key groups.

I have 2 21, 2 22 2 23 and one 24 marked note group.
I cant figure out the right order, sequence for the keys.
Is there any or I can put back as I wish?

The bottom starts with the 3 individual keys after a 23 and a 22.


At the top there's one individual C before that there was also a 23.

Should it be 3note,23 group, 22 group, 21 - 21 - 22 - 23 "C"?

The numbers are on the top of the note groups on the black part.
