Yamaha DGX 500 concerns

I have a Yamaha dgx 500 my keys are not responding when I play them not to mention I don't play my keyboard often but when I just started playing this is the response I'm getting not to mention I read a little on it & it said to hold C down turning on/off the keyboard & that should help although it doesn't seem to respond also I'd like to know how to order a new disc for my dgx 500
