Yamaha CVP 208 Issues

Having some issues and am seeking some advice. Our Piano stopped having sound one day so we replaced the DAC chips....Voila....back up and running. A week later the speakers start crackling really bad. Sounds like blown speakers but they are not blown. Same sound thru speaker jack. Thoughts? Is it done? Someone told me the Main board is shot? Parts are no where to come by....What do you think? Thanks so much!!!! Love my Yami...
