Yamaha Clavinova CVP-809 Issue

Yamaha Clavinova CVP-809

Downloaded sw version 1.07 but can't get the unit to accept the sw from the flash drive.

Here is what I have done.

Formatted a Yamaha flash drive on the 809.
Downloaded the updated and unzipped it.
Installed the drive in the USB to device port.
Held the power and start/stop simultaneously.
The Yamaha logo appears.
The screen says install the update medium.

Have chatted with 3 Yamaha techs to not avail.

Any suggestions?
