Top keyboard out of tune

I have a Yamaha Electone me-50. The entire top keyboard is out of tune. Any idea on how to tune it?

Hold down the topmost white key while turning keyboard on. Once turned on let go of note. This should restore to factory settings. If not call Yamaha techs leave msg and they call u back walk u through it.

Check the manual OR re boot entire keyboard OR call the Yamaha office speak to a rep
