"Read-Only" option for songs or protection for folders? - Yamaha CVP 301

Our CVP 301 is used by many musicians, each of whom has his/her own User folder and saved songs. Is there a way to prevent editing of the saved songs by other users--in other words, a "read-only" mode for the file? Or, is there a way to protect access to the User folders themselves, so that only the owner of that folder could open it?
