My Yamaha DGX 620 sound low even in Max. Master volume

My Yamaha DGX 620 has been ok for several years. However her voices become weak as whispers even the Master volume is set at Maximum. Need to change some parts???

I have the same problem and I believe they are the same model. For now using headphone jack until I find a solution.
