Loss of many notes on a Yamaha P105B

I was given a P105B which I was going to pass onto a student. Sadly many of the keys will not sound in most octaves. Starting with D D# 1 it varies on the way up. Octave 7 is a wipe out. I have opened it up and cleaned thoroughly but no different. Would this be a circuit board problem. Seems sad to not fix it.
