Living problems with my yamaha clavinova CLP 470

Hi my daughter has a yamaha clavinova CLP 470 digital piano and since 2 months we hear some strange noises from some keys, it is not always the same key and it is not often but everynight she plays we hear it at least 3-4 times and it is very annoying. What can be the reason? does anybody live the same problem?
