Keyboard display problem

my display is out of whack, I am just getting lines in purple and white in the display area.features like changing instruments works fine, but no uidea what I am changing to.How can this be fixed as it is necessary for many of the functions on the piano.

I love my instrument, hope somethign can be done to rectify this problem

Do not forget to try the brightness knob at the backside of the keyboard. Kids easily change these settings ;-))
Just "repaired" the display...

Dear Linda: IF you are using a POWER ADAPTOR, you should either check its OUTPUT SPECS to be sure they have not deteriorated, or replace it with one EXACTLY THE SAME. Another action you can take is to Initilize the unit. It MAY work.

If neither of the above cures the problem, contact
