Issue with sound of certain keys on Yamaha Motif 8 Classic

Can anyone help me with this issue? I haven’t played my keyboard in over a year. When I went to use it recently, I am having issue with the sound on the lower and higher keys on the keyboard. For example, you can barely hear the kick. Not only is the issue going on when I’m playing or recording new sounds, but also when playing back previously recorded patterns.


This issue occurs when everything is set to PanC. However, when I set the track to PanL or PanR, I can hear the sound fine. Please let me know if anyone has any kind of advice.
