How to load midi files on Yamaha DGX-620 with flash drive

Hello, I found a pdf of the DGX-620 manual, and it explained how to access the files in the flash drive, how to format it, etc. After doing this, I put two midi files in the root directory of my flash drive from my computer, but they aren't showing up on my keyboard in the "load" menu. Does anyone know how to make the keyboard recognize the midi files?
