How to Fix Yamaha PSR-280 LCD Screen

My LCD screen does not display any information about notes being used or when I push the buttons it does not change.

I bought it used and did not realize there was a problem with the screen.
I can push the button selections and they all work, there is just no display about what I pushed or am doing.
Anyone have any ideas about how I can fix this?
