How to Fix Yamaha Clavinova Keys - CLP 930

We have a Yamaha clp 930 and the keyboard is completely dead when turned on. All the keys look good. The demo plays perfectly but the keys don’t play. Is there a video out there that can show us how to fix it? Thank you!
