Headphones not working on Yamaha CLP295GP

My headphones no longer work with my CLP295GP. I have tried both headphone sockets and three different sets of headphones so I know it is not a problem with the headphones. The speakers continue to work with the headphones plugged, so it seems to be a connection problem with the headphone socket.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
