Clunky keys - Clavinova CVP203

Hello there

My name is David from the uk. For several years I owned a yamaha clp 150 ,but I recently purchased a CVP 203 on eBay and now I have a problem with Clunky keys, from reading many of your helpful reviews I understand there is a solution. I paid quite a lot of money for it. Unfortunately, I didn't try it out first as I was rushed to hospital.

I had read that Yamaha we're supping free replacements keyboards. But is this only for original owners, please can anyone offer any information. I would be very grateful.
