Pat,

The only thing you can try is a factory reset.
Take out the powercable for 10 seconds and reconnect.
Press down the highest white key + the nearest 3 black keys while powering up and hold them down until the action is finished, (takes a few seconds only).
This action will DELETE everything that might be in USER-area's so I hope you have backup's.
If this doesn't work you have a bigger problem and need professional help.
